This Pinot Gris is fermented in stainless steel, preserving even the most delicate of fruit flavours. It saw malolactic fermentation, which rounded out the acidity and added some texture and weight. It all adds up to a creamy, fresh, sippable wine with snappy pear and peach notes. Enjoy this on its own or with seafood or chicken dishes.
