Red Monkey is a premium Makgeolli made with Hongguk rice which gives the brew its distinctive crimson colour. It is naturally sweet with notes of red berries and dried rose petals. The palate is rich and smooth with light acidity. Serve chilled, paired with Korean pancakes and grilled meats.
