A Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot blend from Niagara-sourced fruit and wood aged for six months. Plenty of strawberries and raspberry fruit flavours with hints of vanilla, medium-bodied. Silky tannins follow through to a lengthy finish. Perfect with grilled meats or try with gourmet portobello mushroom burgers.
