The 2021 vintage is the last of this wine, as Alex Dale and his team will be using their own organic Elgin grapes in future, but it's a lovely swansong. Juicy, detailed and perfumed, with fine-grained tannins, wild strawberry and raspberry coulis fruit and stylishly integrated 10% new wood. Drink date: 2023-2027. Score - 93.
