This is an interesting blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio. A fruity, lively wine with aromas of passion fruit, citrus and red apple underscored by a surprising pepperiness. A long, fresh aftertaste that goes very well with meat dishes, salads and especially asparagus. Excellent as an aperitif!
