Using 12 different varieties of apples grown in Ontario, this luscious dessert wine is made in a similar fashion to our beloved Icewine. The juice is cryo-extracted after spending two weeks frozen and left to ferment for over two months, resulting in a heavyweight, opulent wine with flavours of mango, burnt brown sugar, cinnamon, caramel, and apple pie. Enjoy with lemon meringue pie or chocolate lava cake.
