Named after the national flower of South Africa the Protea, this rosé is hand-harvested and stainless steel fermented, spending some time on lees. Abundant aromas of cherry and strawberry with light notes of citrus fruit. Lively and well-rounded on the palate with good fruit follow-through. Enjoy with grilled chicken.
