Grapes for this deeply salmon-coloured rosé are sourced from several areas in Portugal. It is light and crisp, with aromas of pink grapefruit and strawberry. Flavours of ripe raspberry and pear with a dry finish, well balanced with food-friendly acidity. Serve with a chef's salad or roasted chicken.
