Piedra Seca is the second wine of Pircas Cabernet Sauvignon, made for the first time in 2021 from an assemblage with 5% Cabernet Franc. Perfumed, elegant and refined, it bears the hallmarks of the vintage, with black cherry, mint and blackcurrant leaf flavours and svelte, granular tannins. Drink date: 2024-2035. Score - 94.
