The 2022 Assyrtiko is unoaked and comes in at 13.4% alcohol. A solid Assyrtiko, this is reasonably expressive, well structured and long on the finish. The tension on the finish lifts the fruit and it tastes great. There might be a reductive hint, but overall, this is in fine form. It should hold throughout the decade, more or less. It will be interesting to see if it can also improve over a few years. Many won't care. It drinks great today, and they aren't likely to have much left. Drink date: 2023-2030. Score - 90.
