The 2020 Experiment explores the subtle differences found within growing sites in Napa Valley. Using grapes sourced from two vineyards in the slightly cooler west side and then comparing the results with those grown at the Ovid estate, the team at Ovid are able to gain understanding of the nuances of expression within Napa. The Ovid Experiment Red N5.0 is rich and ripe, with impressive blue and black fruit, savoury herbs, forest tones, and refined tannins.
