Pours burnished old gold with amber hints. Vanilla fudge, mint, banana and baking spice aromas assert themselves. The palate conveys rich flavours of honey, banana, cinnamon, clove and light peat. The finish is long and deep, leaving an impression of strength and maturity. Savour on its own with roasted Cornish game hen.
