The Old Flame Brewing Company is housed in the Port Perry's historic Ontario Carriage Works building. This craft beer harkens to a malty and slightly sweet Austrian style red lager. Aromas of toast, malt, and caramel also flavour the creamy, malty palate. The finish is smooth and dry. Serve with smoked brisket or beef stew.
