This unique rosé is produced in the wine region of Amyndeon from the local Xinomavro grape. Delicate aromas of lemon and strawberry fruit lead to notes of red berries with smoky herbs and minerals on the palate. Eruption Rosé is well structured and has a long finish. Pair with vegetable dishes and grilled meats.
