The Cabernet grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards throughout the Lodi region. The results are generous aromas of black cherry, blackberry and peppercorn. Concentrated flavours of dark fruit and spice are followed by balanced acidity and supple tannins, full-bodied. Serve with grilled steak and braised short ribs.
