Fruit for this 100% Pinot Noir was sourced from grand cru village plantings in the Montagne de Reims. Blending fruit grown in limestone, marl, sand and chalk leads to balanced freshness and spice, and gives this excellent Champagne complex flavours of apricot, white pepper, nectarine, and roasted almonds.
