'Uncle Goose' is the winner of Nickel Brook's 'Beer with No Name' contest. This West Coast IPA pours amber in colour. Bold citrus fruit aromas with notes of woody pine are balanced by sweet malt, honeydew and hop bitterness. Pairs well with smoked meats and pizza.
