Mezcal can be made from all species of agave, anywhere in Mexico. This unaged mezcal from Oaxaca is made with organic agave espadin. It starts with notes of asparagus, banana and smoke followed by flavours of roasted agave, vanilla, pepper and wood spice on the palate. The finish is refined with a subtle smoky note.
