This Nigori sake is coarsely filtered creating distinct flavours and a cloudy appearance. The nose has aromas of melon, vanilla and pineapple with flavours of banana and coconut on the palate. This creamy sake is wonderfully textured with a balanced, dry finish. Perfect served chilled with spicy dishes.
