This Nigori sake is twice pasteurized and coarsely filtered, creating distinct flavours and a cloudy appearance. The nose has melon, vanilla and pineapple aromas, with banana and coconut flavours on the palate. This creamy sake is wonderfully textured with a balanced, dry finish. Best served chilled with spicy dishes.
