The farmland on which this winery's vineyard now sits was originally devoted to vegetables. By the era of Prohibition, it was home to many different fruits including 15 unique wine grape varieties. This juicy, ripe wine shows plum, dark currant, cherry, chocolate, roasted herbs, smoke and earth. It's perfect for filet mignon or barbecued beef ribs.
