The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Corralillo from San Antonio was slow-fermented with selected yeasts. Yellow in hue. The crystal-clear nose offers lime, herbal and grass notes over a bed of yellow pepper. Intense in the mouth with plenty of sharp malic acid and a long, fruity finish. A textbook austere coastal Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. Drinking window: 2023-2029. Score - 92.
