This balanced, fresh, dry, tannic wine is made from select barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah chosen from a mix of French, Hungarian and American oak. It shows intense dark fruit, cassis, vanilla, and oak spice. A powerhouse barbecue wine with the character and backbone for formal roast beef or lamb dinners.
