This sour beer is made with real watermelon and beet juices. Pale ruby colour. Watermelon aromas on the nose with a burst of sweet melon on the palate, followed by an earthy smoothness. Refreshing and dry with a well-balanced harmony of flavours. Pairs well with grilled chicken or fresh goat cheese and arugula salad.
