Chateau Chalon Vin Jaune is made with 100% Savagnin and aged over 6 years in barrels under a light veil of yeast. The bouquet is intense with complex aromas of walnuts, vanilla, spice and wood. Nutty notes continue on the palate with balanced acidity and a long finish. Pairs well with spicy dishes and sauteed mushrooms.
