Grape varieties: Lagrein 35%, Merlot 40%, Cabernet 25%. Fermented in a mixture of oak barrels, cement vats and stainless steel tanks using wild yeasts. The wine was aged in oak barrels of varying sizes for twelve months. Deep bright ruby. Rich, seductive berry fruit.
