Created by Magnotta in 1995, the Ice Grappa is produced using the skins of their Icewine grapes and distilling them in single-batch pot stills. This unique style produces a spirit with enticing aromas and flavours of peach, apricot and raisins, barrel aging adds notes of smoke and allspice. Serve chilled with a lime twist.
