Master distiller, Fred Noe's fourth offering in a limited-release series. Bottled unfiltered and at cask strength, it has bold aromas and flavours of brown sugar, orange peel, caramel apple, charred wood and ripe peach. The palate is rich and full with notes of vanilla and spice on a warm finish. Serve with a little water.
