This Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vines spanning 10-40 years of age and comes from Oisly, which is one of Touraine's five 'cru' growing areas. The wines of Touraine-Oisly must be aged on fine lees until the end of April; a requirement that introduces the distinct rich character of these Sauvignons. This one is fine, elegant and long, with precise minerality underpinning the fruit and herbal tones.
