This Niagara-based distillery is focused on creating small-batch spirits. A lovely gin with citrus and baking spice notes, along with pine, coriander and pepper tones. It's medium-bodied and fruity with a velvety finish. Serve over ice with smoked salmon and caper pizza or craft a Gin and Tonic.
