This wine was fermented in mature French oak barrels to impart richness and weight, then aged in stainless steel to retain tropical flavours. The result is a well-balanced Pinot Gris offering Alsatian finesse with Canadian flair. Look for aromas of cantaloupe and yellow pear layered over a waxy texture that melts into hints of hazelnut.
