Like a number of Chile's best Syrahs, Lot 8 is made entirely with clone 470. Fermented with 35% whole bunches and mostly aged in foudres, this is a wonderful cool climate expression of the grape, showing tapenade, lavender and pepper spice aromas and a compact, youthful palate of blackberry and black olive.
