Dried flowers combine with black cherries, sawdust and cocoa as the 2019 CabernetSauvignon slowly unfolds in the glass. This washes across the palate with ease, displaying a balanced mix of red and black wild berries, giving way to dark inner florals toward the close. A web of fine tannins is left to linger as the 2019 finishes perfumed and classically dry. There is such a pretty balance here. Drinking window: 2024-2030. Score - 92.
