This organic white is made with 100% Vermentino grapes that were fermented in stainless steel tanks. Light gold colour with silver and green highlights. The aromas of apples and pears are followed by notes of citrus fruit. The palate is crisp and well-balanced with notes of peach and citrus fruit. Pairs well with shellfish.
