Recioto may be a wine that we seldom drink, but this is a style by which the quality of an estate was once measured, alongside the regular Valpolicella. Fire and brimstone tannins flecked with graphite and coffee bean. Cardamon and the exotic nuances of an Indian spice shop, encased within.
