A hand-harvested Chardonnay that is wild fermented, unfined, unfiltered and aged in barrels for 10 months. Golden colour. This complex white has aromas of stone and citrus fruit with a touch of spice. Rich fruit flavours on the palate are well-balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Enjoy it paired with poultry dishes.
