This wine's name celebrates Sophie Valrose: a vineyard worker and leading 19th-century advocate for women's rights. She was instrumental in improving the working conditions for women in the vineyards. This rosé comes from Cinsault, Grenache, Caladoc and Syrah vines planted in volcanic soils that are between 25 and 50 years old. It's finessed, fresh and round with wild strawberry, citrus, floral and spice tones.
