This 100% Pinot Noir sparkler aged on the fine lees for one year and underwent manual riddling. It's balanced, fresh and dynamic, with poise and finesse from its high-altitude origins. A finely crafted wine with brightly defined, pure fruit and plentiful traditional-method toast and bread notes.
