Deep garnet-purple colour. The aromas are initially subtle with rich plums, dark cherries and blueberries with notes of cedar, herbs and spices following through on the palate. Medium to full-bodied with dark fruit, spice and moderate tannins. Ideal paired with roast beef or lamb.
