This rare Kydonitsa from the terrior of Monemvasia is vinified with moderate skin contact and matured patiently in the bottle. The aromas reveal quince, citrus peel, dried herbs and sourdough notes. It explodes with zesty flavours of quince and apricot with hints of smokiness. Pair with sweet and spicy sauced dishes.
