Created in Kitchener-Waterloo, KW uses locally sourced and freshly pressed apples along with Champagne yeast to produce a refined cider. Gold in colour with notes of apple, citrus, vanilla and spice. Light-bodied and soft on the palate with refreshing tart apple flavours lead to a crisp finish. Serve with roast pork.
