Dyo Elies (Two Olives) is a deep purple colour and is made from a blend of 60% Syrah 30% Merlot and 10% Xinomavro. The bouquet is complex with aromas of blackberries, plums and vanilla. Well-structured, the palate has a harmonious balance of fruit, weight and acidity. Drinking well now or enjoy for up to 15 years.
