A farm-based craft distillery located in the heart of Prince Edward County. Their maple whisky is finished in barrels used for ageing maple syrup. The result is a brilliant golden amber spirit with aromas of orchard fruit and fresh cut hay; the palate shows notes of wood smoke, black tea and lingering sweet maple flavours.
