This carefully crafted Irish whiskey is produced in small batches using up to 30 hand-selected first-fill ex-bourbon casks. The nose, blood orange, caramel, hazelnut, and cocoa. On the palate, coffee, pear, peach, and eucalyptus. It's full-bodied and rich with a long finish. Pair with peanut brittle or enjoy after a meal.
