This 100% Sauvignon Blanc was aged for five months in oak and showcases ripe stone fruit, toasty oak and cream tones on the nose. The palate is velvety and fine, with suggestions of gooseberry, white peach, pineapple, Meyer lemon and allspice. Pair this with smoked fish, or pan-seared roast chicken in cream sauce.
