Stratford's Junction 56 Distillery won top awards at the Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition for this vodka. Using both corn and wheat for its base, the vodka is distilled to a high level of purity. The spirit shows aromas and flavours of citrus, pear and pepper with a silky mouthfeel and a hint of spice on the finish.
