Hand-selected barrels are individually bottled and hand-numbered, so barrel variation is expected. Resilient amber colour pours into the glass with delicate aromas of toasty oak, sweet grain, citrus and spice. The palate is warm and well-balanced, highlighting the flavours of oak, vanilla and caramel on to a lengthy finish.
