Select parcels of Chardonnay are fermented in Scotch whisky barrels and traditional wine barrels, then blended, creating great depth of aromas and flavours. Honey, citrus fruit, and roasted nuts round out the beautifully creamy flavours on the palate. Great served with smoked salmon.
