Fruit for this wine comes from the Tufford Road Vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore, after which it's left on the skins for eight hours before pressing. The end result is a complex wine brimming with gooseberry, mango, pineapple, pear, river pebbles and freshly cut grass. The producer suggests pairings of shrimp tempura, fish tacos, or creamy pasta with mussels.
