Izumi, meaning spring water in Japanese, comes from Ontario's first sake brewery following traditional methods. Inviting aromas of green apple and pear are complemented by floral, citrus and savoury shiitake mushroom tones. Medium dry with a lasting finish. Pair with Japanese cuisine.
